Omnipharma S.A.L is a company representing leading pharmaceutical companies.

We, Omnipharma S.A.L, are committed to establishing, monitoring and continuously improving the Quality Management System conforming to ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements and Good Distribution and Storage Practices for the following Scope of work (Scope of Quality Management System):

DROGUERIE OMNIPHARMA S.A.L REGISTRATION PURCHASING WAREHOUSING SALES DISTRIBUTION OF IMPORTED PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS AND POST-DELIVERY ACTIVITIES

The design and development of products and services clause number 8.3 is not applicable in the provision of the above mentioned scope since Droguerie Omnipharma S.A.L imports products and does not have production section.

We are committed to the ethics of maintaining and caring for the wellbeing of human life, we seek to provide the health care system with continuing access to safe, secure and of high quality products, with the highest levels of service and support.

A Quality Management System is implemented. Enhancements should be made continuously to satisfy all the standards requirements related to our products and services including the applicable legal requirements.
Our main objectives from this policy are:

  • Ensure that we import high quality products from recognized sources
  • Comply with local regulations, Suppliers requirements, ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements, Good Distribution and Storage Practices (GSDP) and Cold Chain recommendations
  • Comply with SHE, Privacy and Security Policies
  • Enhance the customer satisfaction
  • Improve continuously our processes and our Management System

We ask everyone to be implicated in the implementation of this policy and to align with any improvement we can introduce in our system.

This policy will be communicated to all our employees and organized by the Quality Department.
This policy will be reviewed for adequacy at least on a yearly basis or whenever needed.
